Enhanced SLA

Our broadband packages come with a fault resolution service level that provides a reassurance that should a fault occur with the service, our engineers will ensure the issue is resolved within a known timeframe, or a service credit may be due.

If the ‘Standard’ care level is not sufficient for your requirements, then for a small monthly charge you can upgrade to our ‘Enhanced’ care level which will provide a much faster fault resolution time.

Line fault cleared by midnight five working days (Mon-Fri) after the day the issue was reported.

Enhanced Care Level

Line fault cleared by 17:00 on the next working day (Mon-Fri) after the issue was reported.
